Hydration is more of a lifestyle practice, the best way to stay hydrated is to incorporate the drinking of water into your day to day life in a way that is managable for example, smaller bottles of water are easier to carry around and are more practical. it is also easier to finish a small 500ml bottle then it is to finish a litre bottle, at HAEY we encourage breaking down your 2 to 3 litres a day in small managable bottles so it dosnt take as much effort pycologically to get through your 2 to 3 litres a day. Creating Hydration reminders on your mobile so that you remember to hydrate throughout the course of the day always helps. and seing HAEY water on your social media timelines will remind you to hydrate.
